Herron + Rumansoff Architects, Inc. is a California based firm which was established in 1975 and incorporated in 1982. The offices are located at 530 St. Johns Place in downtown Hemet and 27349 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 206 in Temecula. The firm has provided a diversity of Architectural Services to clients in the Inland Empire
including Master Planning and Space Needs Analysis, Site Analysis and Feasibility Studies, Design Development, Construction Documents, Interior Facilities Planning, Governmental Processing, Facility Design, Cost Estimating and Construction Administration.
For more then thirty three years, Herron + Rumansoff Architects, Inc. have specialized in commercial, institutional, and custom residential projects. These projects represent over $500 million in construction costs demonstrating our flexibility in handling both small and large projects.
Both Patricia L. Herron and Russell P. Rumansoff are licensed Architects and are actively involved in the management of their projects from initial
programming and site/space analysis through construction and occupancy. The firm consists of
7 full time employees with a wide range of expertise.

Mr. Rumansoff was Principal-in-Charge of the
$9,200,000 Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District Headquarters and Corporation
Yard project in Lake Elsinore. This project was a result of a 20 Year Space
Needs Analysis prepared by Herron + Rumansoff Architects, Inc. which translated
personnel requirements based on population growth into building and facility
needs.
Some
of Mr. Rumansoffs recent projects have included: the Temecula United Methodist
Church Multi-Purpose Hall and Sanctuary in Temecula; new Guaranty Bank
facilities in Murrieta, Hemet, Vista, Palm Desert, Modesto and Turlock; new
Grace Presbyterian Church Master Plan and Phase I in Temecula; Lamb's Fellowship
Master Plan in Murrieta; Gateway Church of the Nazarene and Menifee Valley
Church of the Nazarene Master Plans; l2-acre light industrial complex in
Temecula for Tri-Equities, LLC; Triple Star Construction industrial buildings in
Sun City; Phase I and Phase II distribution facilities for Sierra Textile in
Murrieta; and the multi-building Mesa Village Retail/Commercial Center in
Murrieta.
Ongoing
industrial projects include: Romoland Light Industrial Complex located at Bishop
Lane/Palomar Road in Romoland; Light Industrial Complex located at Mapes Street/Trumble
Street in Romoland; and Wentworth Drive Light Industrial in Hemet.
Mr.
Rumansoffs expertise includes a strong relationship with local building
officials and the governmental approval process, project scheduling,
construction estimating and construction administration, all of which directly

Ms. Patricia L. Herron was the Principal-in-Charge of the
20 Year Space Needs Analysis Study for the Design of Perris District Offices and
Corporation Yard for the Eastern Municipal Water District and was subsequently
chosen to complete a similar 20 year study for the remaining Administrative
Offices in Hemet.
Based on these studies, Herron + Rumansoff Architects,
Inc. with Ms. Herron as Principal-in-Charge was awarded the contract to prepare
a 20 Year Master Plan for EMWD's 383 acre Perris Site, which includes the total
architectural design for EMWD's new 53 acre Corporate Headquarters in Perris.
Ms. Herron's recent experience includes design and master
planning of the 352 acre Hemet Valley Estates Golf Course Community Specific
Plan, the 212,500 square foot Mesa Village Retail Center in Murrieta, the five
phase Gateway Nazarene Church complex in Murrieta, the two phase 24,000 square
foot Grace Presbyterian Church complex in Temecula, and the 44,000 square foot
Meridian Commercial Center in Hemet.
Ongoing institutional projects include the Mt. San
Jacinto College Menifee Campus Soccer Field Locker and Shower Building,
Bookstore Building, campus-wide ADA parking and restroom renovations, the San
Jacinto Campus Student Services building remodel, interior renovations to the
Administration Building and the Men's and Women's Shower and Locker Building,
and campus-wide ADA parking and restroom renovations.
Ms. Herron has proven her ability to implement the design
concerns of the client and to produce attractive, well functioning buildings
which reflect the needs of the client while incorporating the constantly
changing code requirements
